The 2026 Italian regularity season is now officially underway.
On Saturday, December 29th, at the annual general assembly, ACI Sport and all national organisers finalised and approved the 2026 Historic Regularity Calendar, a comprehensive programme that covers the entire year.
The calendar – updated on 29 November 2025  (viewable here --->ACISPORT 2026 REGULARITY CALENDAR) – includes over 70 events from January to December, reflecting a strong and widespread presence across Italy.
Each date highlights its competitive value within the following categories:
CIGE – Italian Grand Events Championship
CIREAS – Italian Historic Regularity Championship
TNR – National Regularity Trophy
NT – Non-titled Events
Superclassic / Touristic – Average-speed regularity for historic cars
CIREG – Italian Regularity Cup
CIRAR & Rally Regularity – Championships dedicated to historic rally regularity
Among the most iconic events confirmed for 2026 are the Winter Marathon, Coppa Giulietta e Romeo, Milano-Sanremo Cup, La Marca Classica, Mille Miglia, Targa Florio Classica, Gran Premio Nuvolari, Biella Classic, Piccola Atene and the Monza Classica, which will serve as the final event on 22 November.
The 2026 programme emphasises Italy’s cultural and territorial richness, with competitions taking place in mountain regions, lakesides, historic centres and coastal landscapes. Each event is designed not only as a motorsport challenge but also as an opportunity to showcase Italy’s heritage.
The shared approval during the assembly marks an important step toward a structured, unified and fast-growing regularity season, reaffirming the central role of historic motoring within the ACI Sport ecosystem.

At the end of the meeting, the most interesting new feature of the upcoming season was presented: the Acisport Regularity Super Cup. The final, which will be contested in a single race, will award the Super Cup to each driver based on their priority level as reported in the initial 2026 priority drivers list. Qualifiers will compete against their peers, allowing everyone, from NC to Supertop, to compete for the Super Cup. The qualifying races will be all those included in the Acisport calendar, from Touring to Major Events (regularity rallies are excluded). Each race will award points that will be multiplied by a coefficient linked to the type of race (a tourist regularity race will have a coefficient of 1.00). To qualify, drivers need only participate in two races and be among the 150 crews that will be admitted to the final scheduled for November 21 and 22 in Monza.
