Entries are now officially open for the 5th Trofeo Classic Lago di Como, the second round of the 2026 Italian Historic Regularity Championship, scheduled for Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 February 2026.

Organised by Automobile Club Como, the event will take place in the stunning setting of Cernobbio and Lake Como, one of the most scenic and evocative locations in the Italian motorsport landscape. Widely appreciated in previous editions, the event also marks the opening of a particularly significant year for the organising body, which is preparing to celebrate its Centenary 1926–2026.

The event will welcome pre-war and historic cars, offering competitors and enthusiasts a genuine journey through time, celebrating preservation culture, Italian motoring tradition and high-level competition. This unique combination makes the Trofeo Classic Lago di Como a key fixture on the historic regularity calendar.

Entries will remain open until 16 February 2026. Competitors must first complete the pre-registration through the Reserved Area of the acisport.it website and then proceed with the final registration and documentation on www.como.aci.it via the dedicated page.

The programme is rich and engaging. Sporting and technical scrutineering will take place on Saturday 21 February between Villa Bernasconi and the centre of Cernobbio, while the competition will get underway on Sunday 22 February with the start at 8:30 am from Piazza Risorgimento. The route will include 61 timed tests and 7 time controls. Midway through the day, from 12:10 pm in the splendid Piazza Libertà in Appiano Gentile, dominated by the monument “La Quercia delle Anime” by Adolfo Wildt, the Power Stage will take place. This “race within the race” will be covered by ACI Sport TV and TopDriverTV cameras. The second part of the route will then continue, finishing once again in Piazza Risorgimento in Cernobbio.

The prize-giving ceremony will be held from 7:00 pm at Villa Bernasconi. While awaiting the awards presentation, the Anagramma Bistrot, managed by the Cometa Association, will offer a pre-dinner drink to all competitors and accredited personnel.
