Mille Miglia 2024 - the World's Most Beautiful Race starts

The Mille Miglia 2024 has started from Viale Venezia in Brescia: 144 Chronometric Tests, 8 medaia trials and 2,032 kilometres of route. Here is how to follow it.

HERE ARE THE STAGES

 

LEG 1 - TUESDAY 11 JUNE

Iseo, Palazzolo sull'Oglio, Bergamo, Novara, Vercelli and Turin

After departing from Viale Venezia, the competing cars passed through Iseo, Palazzolo sull'Oglio, Bergamo, Novara and Vercelli before arriving in Turin for the first stage finish.

 

LEG 2 - WEDNESDAY 12 JUNE

Acqui Terme, Genoa, Rapallo, La Spezia, Massa and Viareggio

On the second day, the convoy will begin its descent southwards, passing through the Langhe and through the centre of Acqui Terme before heading to Genoa, where the crews will stop for lunch. Continuing along the Tyrrhenian coast, the convoy will pass Rapallo, La Spezia, and Massa before arriving in Viareggio.

 

LEG 3 - THURSDAY 13 JUNE

Lucca, Pontedera, Rosignano Marittimo, Bibbona, Castagneto Carducci, Castiglione della Pescaia, Marta, Ronciglione and Rome.

The third stage will see the descent towards the capital: the race will turn towards the hinterland, passing through Lucca and then through Pontedera, Rosignano Marittimo, Bibbona, Castagneto Carducci, until the lunch break in Castiglione della Pescaia. In the afternoon, the entry into Lazio with the passage through Marta, Ronciglione and the conclusion in Rome in Via Veneto


LEG 4 - FRIDAY 14 JUNE

Civita Castellana, Amelia, Orvieto, Solomeo, Passignano sul Trasimeno, Sinalunga, Asciano, Siena, Radda in Chianti, Prato and San Lazzaro di Savena

With the fourth stage, the crews will drive up to Civita Castellana, Amelia, Orvieto and then Solomeo, the venue for lunch. After the break it will be the turn of Passignano sul Trasimeno, Sinalunga, Asciano, Siena, Radda in Chianti and Prato, which will precede the finish in San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna).

 

LEG 5 - SATURDAY 15 JUNE

Ferrara, Bovolone, Villafranca, Peschiera sul Garda, Sirmione, Desenzano, Padenghe sul Garda, Moniga, Manerba, San Felice del Benaco and Salò

On the final day, the route will pass through Ferrara, Bovolone and Villafranca, then Lake Garda with the Valtenesi and Salò to finish with the classic catwalk in Viale Venezia in Brescia.

 

PRIZE-GIVING AND WHITE NIGHT

On Saturday evening, the prize-giving ceremony of the Mille Miglia for the 2024 edition will return to Piazza della Loggia - followed by the Notte Bianca (White Night) - and the historic cars will once again be allowed to remain in the city for the duration of the event, after having left Piazza Vittoria to be admired by Brescians and tourists. On Saturday 15 June, music and concerts will enliven the city centre, while bars and restaurants - with their tables in the street - will welcome visitors arriving by the thousands from all over northern Italy. At 10 p.m., on stage in Piazza Loggia, Shade will be the super-host.
