Entries are now open for the 12th Circuito Felice Nazzaro, scheduled for April 24–25, 2026 in Castrovillari, within the Pollino National Park, and valid as the fifth round of the Italian Historic Regularity Championship (CIREAS). Entry forms will be available in the coming days with a closing date set for April 21, for an event that has steadily strengthened its position within the national regularity calendar.

The event will once again benefit from extensive media coverage provided by the Automobile Club d’Italia, with television highlights broadcast on ACI Sport TV (Sky channel 228 and TivùSat channel 52) and distribution across more than 60 regional broadcasters, confirming its growing national relevance.

The route will cover approximately 185 kilometres, featuring 65 regularity tests, and will cross some of the most scenic areas of southern Italy, including the Novacco beech forest at around 1300 metres above sea level, as well as the towns of Saracena, Castrovillari, San Basile, Morano and Frascineto. The course combines technical driving challenges with the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

The event will begin on Friday, April 24, with administrative and technical checks at the Jolly Hotel in Castrovillari, while the official start is scheduled for Saturday, April 25 at 12:30 PM from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. The finish is expected at 7:00 PM, followed by the traditional Power Stage Classic, a show event with three pressostat controls held between Corso Garibaldi and Via Roma and fully covered by television. The prize-giving ceremony will take place at 8:30 PM at the Petrosa agriturismo.

The event also pays tribute to Felice Nazzaro, one of the great figures of Italian motorsport, and his historical connection with Castrovillari. In the 1920s and 1930s, Nazzaro – a teammate of Tazio Nuvolari and Vincenzo Lancia – maintained a strong friendship with Giuseppe Minasi, director of the local Fiat dealership Officine Asti. Thanks to this connection, Nazzaro frequently visited the Pollino area, using its roads to prepare for events such as the Targa Florio and participating in early promotional activities for Fiat. Today, that legacy lives on through the event dedicated to his name.
